Our why
Do the work right. Do right by people.
01Our story
Subcontract work deserved better.
Gem State Builders was born from a simple recognition: too often, projects suffered from inconsistent quality, missed deadlines, and a lack of accountability.
We saw an opportunity to change that. By bringing specialist companies together under one standard, we combine decades of specialized expertise with a unified commitment to excellence, and a single point of accountability for the builders, developers, and homeowners we serve.

Together, we form Gem State Builders: a company that doesn’t just complete projects, but sets the standard for what subcontractor work should be.
02Our mission
A new standard of subcontractor work in Idaho.
Every company in the family holds every project, regardless of size, to the same four commitments.
Uncompromising quality
We never cut corners. Every detail matters, and every project is executed with precision and care.
Reliability you can trust
When we commit to a date, we meet it. When we promise quality, we deliver it. Every time.
Transparent communication
You always know where your project stands, from the first bid to the final walkthrough.
